Chucheca Ceviche
Ingredients
100 Chuchecas or pianguas
2 Sweet peppers
3 Onions
2 Minced garlic cloves
2 Cilantro sprigs
100 milliliters of Lemon juice
30 milliliters of Mandarin juice
1 teaspoon of Salt and sugar
30 milliliters of Soda
4 Plantains
Preparation
Step 1 : All vegetables, such as onion, pepper, cilantro, and garlic, are finely chopped and placed in a large bowl.
Step 2 : Add lemon and mandarin juice, salt, sugar, and soda to taste.
Step 3 : Then add the piangua or chucheca and mix everything well.
Step 4 : Let this mixture rest in the refrigerator overnight.
