1 Chicken breast

1 Red onion, finely chopped

1 Sweet pepper, finely chopped

1 Carrot, cooked and cut into squares

1 Celery stalk

100 grams of Alfalfa

1 cup of Pineapple in syrup, cut into squares

½ cup of Mayonnaise

1 tablespoon of Tomato sauce

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Season chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper.

Step 2 : Grill and cut into pieces.

Step 3 : In a bowl, place the chicken pieces, onion, chili, carrot, celery, alfalfa, and pineapple.

Step 4 : In a separate container, mix the mayonnaise and tomato sauce.

Step 5 : Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Step 6 : Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well with the ingredients.
