5 Chayotes
1 kilogram of Potato
1 kilogram of Cecina
½ kilogram of Pork skin
1 Celery stalk
1 Celery stalk

20 Chicasquil leaves
Preparation
Step 1 : Peel and finely chop the chayotes before boiling for five minutes and then remove them.
Step 2 : Boil the potatoes with skin, peel them, and chop them.
Step 3 : On the other hand, cook the chicasquil, drain, and finely chop it.
Step 4 : Cook the skin-on pork until soft and then finely chop it.
Step 5 : Mix all the ingredients in a container and cook over very low heat.
