Chayote Salad
Ingredients
3 Chayotes
½ cup of Mayonnaise
3 Chopped hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespoons of Mustard
1 tablespoon of Chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon of Chopped onion
1 tablespoon of Chopped chili
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by boiling the diced chayotes in a pot with water and a pinch of salt.
Step 2 : Once cooked, discard the water and let the chayotes cool.
