Ingredients
2 Ripe avocados
4 Cooked pejibayes, cubed
1 cup of Cooked red beans
1 Finely chopped onion
1 Bunch of finely chopped cilantro
2 Lemons
3 tablespoons of Olive oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
